She provides education, guidance and knowledge of opportunities to clients pursuing additional career options through self employment. Formerly, she was Vice President Human Resources/Diversity Development for Quick & Reilly Inc. in New York, New York. Tina became a shareholder and a Director in 2006, and was appointed President of CMSC Spirits Group, Inc in April of 2007

Eduardo Erazo
President Espiritu del Ecuador, S.A.
Born in New York City and is innately fluent in both Spanish and English. Eduardo began his business career as a bilingual tour guide in Ecuador resulting in his being hired as a translator for British and Australian mining interests, and was promoted into operations management. He left the mining industry to move into sales where he felt his talents would be better utilized. He entered sales in retail stores and then joined the first “time-sharing” venture in Ecuador as Manager of all sales activities. Eduardo joined Espiritu del Ecuador, S.A. in October 1993 as Commercial Manager and an investor, and as part of the early business development team. He was appointed General Manager in 1996. Appointed President of Espiritu del Ecuador in 2008.
