Many of the area's famous restaurants will be attending with their specialities in addition to the wide array of beverages from distributors from the New York/New Jersey Coast. Corporate tables and single seatings are available. The Eatontown Foundation for Excellence in Education is a volunteer, nonprofit, tax-exempt organization dedicated to enhancing the public school education of children in Eatontown. Their mission is to fund programs that expand educational opportunities, encourage teaching creativity, and explore emerging technologies. All funds raised are distributed to the schools through grants submitted by the teachers directly to the Foundation.
